Aldus E. “Butch” Weaver, 36, a resident of Reynolds, Illinois and formerly of Donahue, Iowa died on Saturday, September 17, 2005 following a vehicle accident near Blue Grass, Iowa.
His funeral service will be held at 10:30 A.M. Thursday, September 22, 2005 at St. Ann’s Catholic Church, Long Grove, Iowa. Burial will be in St. Ann’s Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Wednesday at the church where a prayer service will be held at 7:00 P.M. Additional visitation will be from 9:30 A.M. to 10:30 A.M. Thursday at the church. Memorials may be made to the family for an educational fund for his children. Chambers Funeral Home, Eldridge, Iowa is assisting the family with arrangements.
He was born November 15, 1968 in Hamilton, Ohio, the son of Aldus Weaver Sr. & Joyce Crane. On June 16, 1990, he married Kristin E. Ragona in Long Grove. She preceded him in death on February 7, 2000. On April 24, 2004, he married Nicole Hazen in Cape Coral, Florida.
Butch was employed as a dispatcher for the W. G. Block Co. at their Muscatine office.
He was an avid bowler and a member of the “Sunday Night Leftovers” bowling league. In addition, he loved the outdoors, camping, hunting & fishing.
Those left to honor his memory include his wife, Nicole; his sons, Brian, Michael & Charles; his mother & step-father, Joyce & Mike of Cape Coral, Florida; his father, Aldus of Miamisburg, Ohio; his sisters, Tina in Kentucky and Tonya in Mexico; and his brothers, Billy Carberry & his wife, Lisa of Fairfield, Ohio and Craig Weaver of Miamisburg, Ohio.
