Alice “Mickey” Lahti, 67, of Pleasant Valley, Iowa, died Wednesday, March 16, 2011 at her home.
Funeral services and Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 A.M., Saturday, March 19, 2011 at Our Lady of the River Catholic Church in LeClaire, Iowa.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Friday at McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home in Bettendorf, Iowa.
Graveside services will be held at 2:30 P.M. on Saturday at St. Mary’s Cemetery in DeKalb, Illinois.
Mickey was born July 4, 1943 in DeKalb, the daughter of Eugene & Alice Marie (Gabel) Kerwin. She was united in marriage to Theodore R. Lahti on November 18, 1989 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Those left to honor her memory include her husband, Ted; her daughters, Michelle Russell, Catherine Roysdon, Saundra Behm and Jamie Wilkins; her sons, Shawn Lahti and Dustin Lahti; fifteen grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; her mother, Alice Kerwin; her sisters, Jean Lockwood, Cathy Beck, Patty Raih, Sue Thompson and JoAnn Sheridan; and her brother, Michael Kerwin.
Mickey was preceded in death by her father; and her grandson, Justin T.A. Kellogg.
