Graveside services for Barry Wade Hamby, 53, of Davenport, Iowa, will be 11:00 am on Friday, January 28, 2022, at Fairmount Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Davenport, Iowa.

Barry was born on October 5, 1968, in Davenport, Iowa, the son of Sammy and Pansy (Arnold) Hamby. He married Kelly Schomer in Davenport on January 29, 2000. He was self-employed as an Electrician in the Quad City area. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, the demolition derby and was active with Guardian Angel Basset Rescue.

Survivors include his wife; Kelly of Davenport, Iowa, mother; Pansy of Davenport, Iowa, sister; Wendy Walser of Redford, Michigan; brothers; Lanny (Joanne) Hamby of Winnie, Texas, William (Kathy) Hamby of Davenport, Iowa, Terry Hamby of Davenport, Iowa, dogs; Minnie Mouse, Katie, Arnold, Leon, many nieces and nephews and father-in-law; John Schomer of Davenport, Iowa.

He was preceded in death by his father.
