She worked as a secretary for the Davenport School District for many years, until her retirement in 1988. She had many dogs over the years, and they were her pride and joy.  Bea was a member of First Presbyterian Church in LeClaire.

She is survived by her sister, Marjorie Mason, of Rock Island, Illinois, and two nieces, as well as several great-nieces and great-nephews.

Bea was preceded in death by her husbands, her parents, her sister, Jeane Rensberger, of Cromwell, Indiana, a niece, and a nephew.
