Betty A. Tracy

Betty A. Tracy, 79, a resident of Bettendorf, Iowa died on Sunday, September 11, 2005 at Genesis Medical Center, West Campus in Davenport.
Her funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, September 15, 2005 at the McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Chapel, Bettendorf. Burial will be in Davenport Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the family or to the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9128 Auxillary.
She was born September 17, 1925 in Davenport, the daughter of Charles & Julia (Reddy) Graham. She was united in marriage to Edward Watson in 1944.
Betty was employed for many years at the former L&M Royal Blue Grocery Store and later at the Iowa State Liquor Store, both in Bettendorf.
She loved to play euchre with her friends and enjoyed visiting the gambling boats as well. Her beloved family, especially her grandchildren were the love of her life
Her memberships included the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9128 Auxillary of Bettendorf, the Loyal Order of the Moose and the Fraternal Order of Eagles.
Those left to honor her memory include her daughters, Sharon Joens and Linda Watson, both of Bettendorf; her grandchildren, Todd Joens and Julie Joens; her great-grandchildren, Cory Joens, Rachel Joens and Landon Long; her brother & sister-in-law, Charles & Lois Graham of Franklin, Texas; and her niece, Julia Weisser of Bryan, Texas.
