Betty D. Miller, 78, a resident of Princeton, Iowa died on Tuesday, October 4, 2005 at Trinity at Terrace Park Hospital, Bettendorf, Iowa.
Her funeral service will be held at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, October 8, 2005 at the McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Chapel, Bettendorf. Burial will be in Oakridge Cemetery, Princeton. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon Saturday a the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the family.
She was born January 27, 1927 in Bald Bluff, Illinois, the daughter of George LeRoy & Pearl (McCullom) Huber. On January 22, 1944, she was united in marriage to Roseward “Bud” Miller in Davenport, Iowa. He preceded her in death on June 4, 1985.
Betty was a homemaker and was a loving mom, grandma, great-grandma and great-great-grandma. She also loved music and reading.
Those left to honor her memory include her children, Judy K. Hansen of Princeton, Georgia Zogg & her husband, Charles of Princeton, James R. Miller of Princeton and Brenda Beartline & her husband, Paul of Silvis, Illinois; twelve grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild; numerous step-grandchildren; her sisters, Shirley Poole & her husband, Robert of Sanford, North Carolina and Linda Robinson & her husband, Don in Missouri; and her brothers, Lloyd Huber & his wife, Joy in Missouri, Don Huber & his wife, Beverly of Muscatine, Iowa and Roy Huber & his wife, Sharon of Muscatine.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Rosalie; her grandsons, Robert & Samuel; one sister; two brothers; her parents; and her beloved Maltese, “Patsy.”
