Bobby C. Walrup

Bobby C. Walrup, 49, of Davenport, died Saturday, April 14, 2007 at Genesis Medical Center-East Campus, Davenport.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M., Friday, April 20, 2007 at McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home, Bettendorf. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the services on Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery, Davenport. Memorials may be made to the family.
Bobby was born March 31, 1958 in Water Valley, Mississippi, the son of William & Emma (Bibbs) Walrup. He was employed as an auto mechanic at Van Meter Industrial in Davenport. Bobby enjoyed fishing, cooking, and auto mechanics and will always be remembered for his warm loving smile.
Those left to honor his memory include his daughters, LaKenya and LaTerra March; and his sons, Robert McCoy and DeMarcus March, all of Davenport; six grandchildren; his mother and stepfather Sam and Emma Smith of Oxford, Mississippi; his sister Gaynelle (Bobby) Warren, of Davenport; his brothers, William (Donna) Walrup, of Racine, Wisconsin, Steve Walrup, of Racine, James Walrup of Davenport, and Johnny Walrup, of Davenport; his special friend, Judith Rybka, of Davenport; his uncle Charles Taylor of Racine; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and other family members.
He was preceded in death by his father, William.
