Bonnie L. Ragona

Bonnie Lee Ragona, 72, of Bettendorf, died Monday, April 16, 2007 at Select Specialty Hospital, Davenport.
Funeral services will be held at 11:30 A.M, Thursday, April 19, 2007 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Bettendorf. Visitation will be held from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Wednesday at McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home, Bettendorf. A Christian Wake Service will be held at 7:30 P.M. Memorials may be made to the church.
Bonnie was born November 10, 1934 in Moravia, Iowa, the daughter of Tom & Mary (Selby) Main. She was united in marriage to John P. Ragona, Sr. on June 10, 1953 in Centerville, Iowa. He preceded her in death on September 5, 1994.
Bonnie was retired from the Bettendorf School District as a food service worker. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family for Sunday dinners.
Those left to honor her memory include her daughter, Debra LaBrutto, and her husband, George, of Roselle Park, New Jersey; her sons, Tom Ragona and his wife, Teri, Mike Ragona, and John Ragona, Jr. and his wife, Cinde, all of Bettendorf; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, John; she was preceded by her parents, Tom & Mary; her sisters, Beauneta Jagerson and Barbara Hart; and her brother LaVern Main.
