Brady A. Hawley, 29, of Lansing, Michigan and formerly of Eldridge, died Monday, January 1, 2018 in Michigan.
A memorial gathering to celebrate his life will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., Saturday, January 20, 2018 at Chambers Funeral Home in Eldridge. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Kennedi’s Kisses or to the Tina VanDeWiele Memorial Scholarship.
Brady was born August 9, 1988 in Davenport, Iowa and was a 2007 graduate of North Scott High School. Brady loved the Iowa Hawkeyes and country music, especially Johnny and Hank.
Those left to honor his memory include his daughters, Rylee and Kylee and their mother, Jolee; his mother, Lori Hawley of Eldridge; his sister, Stephanie Hawley of Eldridge; his brother, Ben (Crystal)VanDeWiele of Davenport; his grandfather, Joseph VanDeWiele of Eldridge; his aunt, Patti VanDeWiele of Eldridge; his nieces, Margaret and Josephine; his uncles, Dean (Karen) VanDeWiele of Kanawha, Iowa, Dan VanDeWiele of Davenport and Dave (Krista) VanDeWiele of St. Clair, Missouri; and his cousins, Angie Johnson of Kanawha and Kaitlynn VanDeWiele of St. Clair Missouri.
Brady was preceded in death by his grandmother, Margaret VanDeWiele and his cousin, Tina VanDeWiele.
