Casey A. Schaeffer

Casey A. Schaeffer, 46, a resident of Bettendorf, Iowa and formerly of Springfield, Illinois died on Monday, August 8, 2005 at his home after an extended illness.
Private family services will be held. Contributions in his memory may be made to Genesis Hospice or the American Cancer Society. McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home, Bettendorf is assisting the family with arrangements.
He was born January 27, 1959 in Springfield, Illinois, the son of Beulah Schaeffer & Casey Horton.
Prior to his illness, Casey was employed at Beaver’s East Restaurant in Bettendorf.
Those left to honor his memory include his daughters, Monique Dalpier of Chicago, Illinois, Lakrisha Campbell and Marinella Campbell, both of Springfield; his sons, Antonio Dalpier, Casey Dalpier and Gary Tracey, all of Chicago; two grandchildren; his sisters, Dorothy Gragg and Annette Harris, both of Springfield, Clara McMillian & her husband, Charles of Bettendorf and Sharon Frazier in Kentucky; his brothers, William Schaeffer of Ft. Madison, Iowa and O.C. Frazier of Springfield; and a devoted nephew, Darnell Mosley & his wife, Sabrina of Davenport.
Casey was preceded in death by his sisters, Rebecca Belford and Cinthia Schaeffer; and by his parents.
