Charlotte Hall

Charlotte Hall, a resident of Davenport, Iowa, died Friday, October 14, 2005 at her residence. Funeral services will be 8:00 P.M., Wednesday, October 19, 2005 at McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Chapel, Bettendorf. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. until the time of the services on Wednesday. Cremation rites will be accorded. Burial will take place at a later date. Memorials may be made to the American Red Cross. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family.
Charlotte was born in San Diego, California and she was raised in Unionville, Missouri. She was retired from several area bakeries, including the former Edwards Bakery and Wonder Bread of Davenport. Charlotte loved to bake treats for her family, she enjoyed watching television, including the Chicago Bears, and she enjoyed the companionship of her dog, “Nugget”. She especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and her great-grandchildren
Those left to honor her memory include her sons, Millard Dooley and his wife, Shirley, of Milan, Illinois, Don Hall of Davenport and Forest Hall and his wife, Sandy, of Tampa, Florida; her daughter, Patricia Nelson, of Moline, Illinois; 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great grandchildren; her brothers Raymond and Harold; and her close, special friends, Evon Huelsenbeck of Davenport and Helen DeMeyer of Rock Island, Illinois.
She was preceded in death by her grandson, Nathan.
