Charlotte A. Winslow, a resident of LeClaire, Iowa, passed away on Sunday, July 13, 2014 at the Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House in Bettendorf, Iowa.
Charlotte was born July 23, 1931 in Mystic, Iowa, the daughter of Ray & Kitty (Rupe) Marshall. She was united in marriage to Lyle A. Winslow on July 1, 1950 in Iowa City, Iowa. He preceded her in death on March 20, 2013.
She had been employed with the former Rock Island Motor Transit Company for many years and later with John Deere.
Those left to honor her memory include her son, Dan (Debbie) Winslow of LeClaire; her grandchildren, Randy (Aubrey) Winslow, Matt (Emily) Winslow, Derek (Kristin) Winslow and Steffane Winslow; her great-grandchildren, Reese, Aidan, Gretchen, Jack, Charlie & Payton; and her sister, Juanita Bonzi of Clearwater, Florida.
In addition to her husband, Lyle, Charlotte was preceded in death by her son, Randy; and her brothers and sisters, Marietta Scholl, Frank Marshall, Robert Marshall, Alberta Thomas, Donald Marshall, Teddy Marshall and Marian Thompson.
Graveside services for Lyle & Charlotte Winslow will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, July 18, 2014 at Glendale Cemetery in LeClaire, Iowa. Memorials may be made to the Princeton Volunteer Fire Department.
