There will be a memorial breakfast for Chris A Adams, 53, of Grand Mound, Iowa, at Steffen's Tap in Calamus, on Saturday August 7th from 9-11 am, followed by fishing with close friends and family who want to join to continue sharing memories of Chris.
Chris passed away on Thursday, July 22, 2021 at Genesis Medical Center – East Campus, Davenport. Chris was born on May 9, 1968 in Davenport, Iowa, the son of Judy (Adams) Evans and Gary Adams. He was raised by his mother Judy, step-father Jim Lawyer along with his step-father Jack Evans.
Chris worked as an over the road truck driver for AO Transportation. He was an outdoorsman who loved fishing, hunting, and camping. He enjoyed playing card and dice games, and spending time with friends and family. Growing up he was the jokester of the family and at school, he loved playing pranks and making people laugh. He made the most delicious breakfast foods and loved to dry his own deer jerky. Chris was raised on go karts and dirt bikes, believing every kid should have one.
Survivors include his siblings: Mike (and Jolene) Adams, Jerrie (and Mike) Bringle, Daughter: Aleisha (and Matt) Haag, Nieces and Nephew: Scott Adams, Steve (and Nicole, Owen, Lenox) Adams, Jacob Bringle, Luke Bringle, and Halle Bringle, Grandson: Trevor Haag, Father: Gary (Martha) Adams, Step-father: Jim (Pam) Lawyer, Special Friend Rebecca.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Judy and Jack Evans.
