Connie Herriges

Connie J. Herriges, 72, of Eldridge, Iowa, passed away on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at UnityPoint Health in Bettendorf, Iowa.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, April 12, 2021  at Monmouth Cemetery in Monmouth, Iowa.  A luncheon will follow the service at River View Lodge, 1000 Stagecoach Trail in LeClaire, Iowa.  Memorials may be made to the family or to the Scott County Library System - Eldridge Branch.

Connie was born March 31, 1949 in Maquoketa, Iowa, the daughter of Lloyd J. & Ramona J. (Baute) Kleeman.  She was united in marriage to Alex Herriges on August 29, 1987.

Connie had been employed as an accountant.  She enjoyed reading, knitting and frequenting the casinos. Connie loved her family and adored her grandchildren.

Those left to honor her memory include her husband, Alex; her daughter and son-in-law, Cara & Jason Kramer of Bettendorf; her son and daughter-in-law, John & Shelagh Clark of Bettendorf; her grandchildren, Ryan and Elizabeth Kramer and Mackenzie, Payton and Oliver Clark; and her sisters and brothers-in-law, Sue & Mike Mitchell of Oskaloosa, Iowa and Amy & Jeff Murphy of Newton, Iowa.

Connie was preceded in death by her parents; and her sister, Penny Kleeman.
