Courtney A. Chambers

Courtney Ann Chambers, 31, a resident of DeWitt, Iowa, died Friday, June 2, 2006 at Genesis Medical Center-West Campus in Davenport.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, June 6, 2006 at Chambers Funeral Home in Eldridge. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. Tuesday morning at the funeral home. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery in DeWitt. Memorials may be made towards an educational fund to be established in her daughters’ names.
Courtney was born December 6, 1974 in Corona, California. She was employed as a Medical Assistant at Quad-City Retina Consultants in Davenport.
Courtney enjoyed crafts of all kinds, watching the California Angels, and she had also coached for her daughters’ soccer teams.
She will always be remembered as a loving mother, and beloved daughter and sister.
Those left to honor her memory include her daughters, Melissa Michelle & Stephanie Renee Black of Eldridge; her father, Kenneth Chambers, and his wife, Shelly of North Las Vegas, Nevada; her sisters, Penny, of California, and Chrissy, of Spain; her brother, Dean, of California; and her grandmother, Christine Chambers, of California.
