Curtis Johnson

Curtis D. Johnson, 60, a resident of Bettendorf was called home on Monday, May 18, 2015.

Cremation rites were accorded. There will be no visitation or memorial service held locally. Memorials may be made to Gilda’s Club. McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Born in Spanish Fork, UT, Curtis moved to Bettendorf in 1996 where he was employed as a union carpenter, specializing in dry wall.

Survivors include his wife Deb; son, Trevor; parents, Foster and Shirley Johnson; two sisters, Toni and Marna and one brother, Scott.

Deb and Trevor wish to commend the entire staff on the oncology floor at Genesis West. They were the final chapter in many, many friends that Curtis made everywhere he went during his walk of life.
