Darlene Mizlo

Darlene E. Mizlo, 93, of Bettendorf, passed away on Tuesday, August 11, 2020 in Arlington, Texas while visiting her family.

Private family services will be held at McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home, Bettendorf.  Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Davenport.  Memorials may be directed to the family.

Darlene was born on April 16, 1927 in Davenport, the daughter of Francis and Lettie (Kelley) Fitzgibbon.

Those left to honor her memory are her sons, James (Leah) Mizlo of Arlington, Mike (Lisa) Mizlo of Tolar, Texas, Jack Mizlo of Rock Island, Illinois; her brother, Robert Fitzgibbon of Bettendorf; a niece, Jackie Lorenz of Nebraska; 7 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Francis; and siblings, Mary Reed, Frances Severin, Paul Fitzgibbon, Jack Fitzgibbon, and Carl Biggs.
