Deborah J. Painter, 57, a resident of Bettendorf, Iowa died on Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at Trinity at Terrace Park Hospital following a brief illness.
A gathering to honor her life will be held from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. on Saturday, March 6, 2010 at the McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Chapel in Bettendorf. Interment will be private. Memorials may be made to the family.
She was born January 27, 1953 in Moline, Illinois, the beloved daughter of Daryl & Lyla (Nixon) Harter. On July 7, 1972, she was united in marriage to Frank Painter in Kahoka, Missouri.
Deb was a devoted wife & mom who loved spending time outdoors, caring for her garden and listening to gospel music.
Those left to honor her memory include her husband, Frank; her son, Jeremy of Bettendorf; her sister, Cheryl (Robert) Campbell of Bettendorf; and her mother, Lyla Harter of Davenport.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Mike Harter in 1993 and her father, Daryl Harter in 2009.
