Deloss Mccrea

Deloss D. McCrea, 75, a resident of Bettendorf died Tuesday, December 18, 2007 at the Clarissia C. Cook Hospice House, Bettendorf.
Private services will be held. McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home, Bettendorf is assisting with the arrangements.
Deloss was born on January 14, 1932 in Lake View, Iowa, the son of Lewis Merle & Lucille McCrea. He was united in marriage to Myrna Jones in Carol, Iowa in 1955.
Deloss was a veteran of the United States Navy and served during the Korean Conflict.
He was employed as a banker and became vice-president of the Bank of Silvis, Illinois. He retired with 25 years of faithful service at the bank.
In his spare time he enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Those left to honor his memory include his wife, Myrna; his sons, Dean Deloss McCrea of Bettendorf and Bruce McCrea of Dallas, Texas; two grandchildren; his sister, Lourea Staton of Long Island, Nebraska and his brother & sister-in-law, Bud & Claire McCrea of Des Moines, Iowa
Deloss was preceded in death by his parents.
