Diane Novak

Diane K. Novak, 80 of Davenport, passed away Monday, March 20, 2017 at Genesis Medical Center, East Campus in Davenport.
Funeral services celebrating her life will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, March 24, 2017 at McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home in Bettendorf. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Private inurnment will be at a later date. Memorials may be made to the Scott County Humane Society.
Diane Crites was born July 29, 1936 in Clinton, Iowa to Glenn and Marie (Jurgensen) Crites. She married William Novak.
Diane worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse for many years in the Davenport area before retiring in 2003. She enjoyed NASCAR, the Green Bay Packers and every dog she came in contact with.
Those left to honor her memory include her sons, Mike (Beth) Novak of Davenport and Mark (Deb) Novak of Weston, Wisconsin; daughters, Deb Kelley of Ashland, Nebraska and Michelle Bishop of Matherville, Illinois; several grandchildren, step grandchildren, great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren; and her little dog, Tig.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Roger Crites.
