Eleanor Ragan

Eleanor Bourdeau Ragan, 89, of Bettendorf, passed away Monday June 10, 2013 at Trinity Bettendorf.
Private family services will be held and burial will take place at Davenport Memorial Park Cemetery.
Eleanor was born April 4, 1924 in Davenport, the daughter of Earl and Gertrude (Ryan) Bourdeau.  She married Stanley P. Ragan January 16, 1942 in Kahoka, Missouri; he preceded her in death in July 1995.  Eleanor was a homemaker and later became a cosmetic consultant for Younkers.  She enjoyed socializing with all of her friends and family.
Those left to remember her: two daughters Dian (Robert) Miller, LeClaire, IA and Kathleen (Rod Blaske) Snapp, Moline, IL; daughter-in-law Pat Ragan, Bettendorf; five grandchildren: Amy (Larry Kephart) Miller, Bettendorf, Jeff Miller, Davenport, Heather (John) Stark, Coralville, IA, Chelsey Ragan, Bettendorf, and Nicole Ragan, San Diego, CA; three great-grandchildren: Kylie, Andrew, and Alec Miller; and special nephew Dennis Bourdeau, Davenport.
Eleanor was preceded in death by her parents and son Stanley P. Ragan II.
