Ella M. Jensen, 80, a resident of Davenport, Iowa died on Saturday, July 23, 2005 at Manor Care Nursing Center in Davenport.
Private family services will be held with burial at Davenport Memorial Park. McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home, Bettendorf, Iowa is assisting the family with arrangements.
She was born February 1, 1925 at Union Township, Iowa, the daughter of Herman & Marguerite (Schwartz) Maass. She was united in marriage to Arthur B. Jensen in 1943 in Davenport. He preceded her in death in 1964.
Those left to honor her memory include her sons & daughter-in-law, Richard & Mary Jensen of Colona, Illinois and Gary Jensen of Burlington, Iowa; her grandchildren, Julie, Kennith, Becky, Anndrea, Cory & Cheryl; her great-grandchildren, Hailey, Ty, Gustin, Frances, Seth, Dylan & Sydney; her sisters, Anita Brewer of West Burlington, Iowa and Gloria Smith of Burlington, Iowa; and her brothers, Herman Maass Jr. and Richard Maass, both of Burlington.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her sister, Beverly; and by her brother, Kenneth.
