Fay was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Lynn Washburn; Richard C. McReynolds, the father of her children; her grandson, Neil; and her great-grandson, Cameron.

The family would like to express special thanks to the staff of the Iowa Masonic Health Facility for all of their care and concern for Fay and her family at this difficult time.
