Frances M. Cramer

Frances Margaret “Maga” Cramer, a resident of Bettendorf, Iowa and formerly of Brick, New Jersey, died Wednesday, August 1, 2007 at Trinity at Terrace Park, Bettendorf following a lengthy illness. A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held on Sunday, August 5, 2007 from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. at the Pebble Creek Golf Course in LeClaire, Iowa. McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home, Bettendorf is assisting with the arrangements. Memorials may be made to the Bettendorf Public Library.
Frances was born April 26, 1930 in Massachusetts but lived most of her life in New Jersey. She was united in marriage to William Cramer in Elkton, Maryland. They later were divorced.
She was devoted to her family and moved to Iowa in 1989 to be closer to her grandchildren. She was lovingly known as Maga by all the children. Her favorite pastimes were cheering on her grandchildren and attending all of their school and sporting events. She was also an avid golfer.
She is survived by her son, William Cramer; her daughter, Krisan Albert and her husband, Jay and her four grandchildren, Matthew John, Devon Leigh, Kyle Marie and Mara Ann.
