Geraldine R. Hoffman

Geraldine R. (Fedder) Hoffman, 86, a resident of Riverdale, Iowa died on Saturday, June 25, 2005 at her home.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 A.M. Tuesday, June 28, 2005 at the McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Chapel, Bettendorf. Burial will be in Fairmount Cemetery, Davenport, Iowa. Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Monday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the family.
She was born June 9, 1919 in Davenport, the daughter of Louis & Rose E. (Moeller) Fedder. On December 31, 1937, she was united in marriage to Erwin “Herbie” Hoffman in Clinton, Iowa. He preceded her in death on June 23, 1980.
Geraldine was a homemaker and in earlier years, was employed in the receiving department of the former Target Store in Bettendorf.
She enjoyed working in her garden, loved to bake, enjoyed the companionship of her parakeets and had a special place in her heart for her beloved grandchildren.
Those left to honor her memory include her daughter, Linda Green Wiebold & her husband, Ron of Davenport; her step-son, Vern in Wisconsin; her grandsons, Jason Green and Josh Graham; and her step-granddaughter, Sandy Turner.
