Gregg H. Prusia

Gregg H. Prusia, 56, of Davenport, died Tuesday, May 11, 2010 at Genesis Medical Center, West Campus, Davenport.
A service to celebrate his life will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, May 15, 2010 at McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home in Bettendorf. Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the service on Saturday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the family.
Gregg was born December 11, 1953 in Clinton, Iowa, the son of Wayne & Marjorie (McGuire) Prusia. On June 5, 1981 he was united in marriage to Cathleen S. Roudebush in LeClaire, Iowa.
Gregg was retired from Packaging Technologies in Davenport where he had been a Precision Grinder. He had been employed there for 23 years. He enjoyed fishing, gardening, stock car races and tractor pulls. He also loved the time spent with his grandchildren and was always known as the life of the party wherever he was.
Those left to honor his memory include his wife, Cathleen; his daughters, Sarah & Casey; his sons, Jamie & Jake; his mother, Marjorie; and his grandchildren, Dakota, Kelsi, Noah and Quinn.
Gregg was preceded in death by his father, Wayne; and his brother, Douglas.
