Harold W. Kinkennon, 81, of Davenport, died Friday, October 19, 2012 at his home.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m., Friday, October 26, 2012 at McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home in Bettendorf. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the services on Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Rock Island National Cemetery. In Lieu of Flowers, memorials may be made to Wells Fargo Bank in Harold or Velma Kinkennon’s names
Harold was born October 27, 1930 in Mitchell, South Dakota, the son of Ralph & Velma (Richards) Kinkennon. He was united in marriage to Margaret Guffey on July 4, 1957. She preceded him in death on July 10, 2002.
Those left to honor his memory include his daughter, Velma Kinkennon of Davenport; and his grandsons, Robert & Charles.
In addition to his wife, Margaret, he was preceded in death by his parents; his sons, Charles and Harold, Jr.; and several brothers and sisters.
