Harold Lloyd Leeper

Harold L. Leeper, 73, of Bettendorf, died Friday, December 24, 2004 at Trinity Medical Center, West Campus, Rock Island. There will be no visitation or services. Inurnment will be held at a later date in Massena, Iowa. Memorials may be made to the family.
Harold was born on May 13, 1931 in Orient, Iowa, the son of Lloyd and Alice (Fitzpatrick) Leeper. He was retired from John Deere Harvester Works, East Moline after 27 years as a welder. He enjoyed bowling in his earlier days and also enjoyed fishing, sightseeing and bird watching.
Those left to honor his memory include his wife, Irene; his daughters and son-in-law, Vicki Buckallew, Unionville, Missouri, Denise Leeper, Davenport, and Debra & Ed Oberg, Mesa, Arizona; his sons Rudy Leeper, Bettendorf, and Dallas Leeper, Apache Junction, Arizona; his grandchildren, Patrick Carpenter, Raymond Sanders, Lesslie Carson, Christopher Buri, and Nicky & Alex Bassett; his sisters and brother-in-law, Marge Darrow, State Center, Iowa and Hazel & Paul Rummans, Duquesne, Missouri; his brother, Jerry Leeper, State Center; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
