Helen R. Fulwider, 101, a resident of Riverview Manor Nursing Home, Pleasant Valley, Iowa and formerly of Bettendorf, died on Saturday, October 15, 2005.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Friday, October 21. 2005 at the Rock Island National Cemetery. Those wishing to attend her service should meet at McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home, Bettendorf. Contributions in her memory may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
Helen was born May 20, 1904.
On November 19, 1920, she was united in marriage to Cyrus “Bert” Fulwider in Tipton, Iowa. He preceded in death on October 19, 1963.
Helen is survived by distant relatives.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Ralph on February 12, 2005.
