James Rueben “Jim” Lindquist, 71, a resident of Davenport, died Tuesday, March 3, 2015 at his home.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 11, 2015 at Davenport Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to the Handicapped Development Center. McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home in Bettendorf is assisting with arrangements.
Born on July 1, 1943 in Davenport, Jim was the son of Rueben Lindquist and Genevieve (Latimer) Putz.
Jim worked in maintenance for the City of Davenport. He enjoyed motorcycles.
Those left to honor his memory include his mother, Genevieve Putz and his brother, Charles Lindquist, both of Davenport.
He was preceded in death by his father and step-father, Eugene Putz.
