Jamie Ervin

Jamie LeAnn Ervin, 39, a resident of Clinton, Iowa and formerly of Pleasant Valley, Iowa died unexpectedly at her home on Wednesday, November 2, 2022.

A time of remembrance and sharing will be at 5:00 P.M. on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at the McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home in Bettendorf.  Visitation will be from 2:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to her family.

Jamie was born in Davenport, Iowa on March 26, 1983, the daughter of Robert and Becky (Orman) Ervin and was a graduate of Pleasant Valley High School.

She worked at many occupations during her life and recently, was employed in apartment maintenance and repair.

Jamie was a spontaneous, hilarious and free-spirited person who was friend to many.  She lived her life on her own terms and found a new adventure each day.

Those left to honor her memory include her mother, Becky Ervin; her son, Gavin Jem; her niece, Mackayla Ervin; her step-mother, Linda Frantz; her "brother," Nick Frantz and many aunts, uncles, cousins including her godmother, "Ant" Andy and a multitude of beloved friends.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Mackenzie; and by her father, Robert.
