Jonathon J. Iverson

Jonathan J. Iverson, 40, of Davenport, Iowa, died Wednesday, August 20, 2008 at his home.
A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held at 1:00 P.M., Tuesday, August 26, 2008 at Living Waters Family Church in Davenport. The family will receive friends from 12:00 P.M. until the time of the services on Tuesday at the church. Memorials may be made to the family.
Jon was born March 26, 1968 in Des Moines, Iowa, the son of John & Laura (Hampe) Iverson. He was employed as a machinist for LeClaire Manufacturing of Bettendorf.
Jon enjoyed golfing, weight lifting and spending time and wrestling with his son, Drake.
Those left to honor his memory include his sons, Drake and Landon, of Davenport; his mother, Laura “Queenie” (Larry Moore) Iverson, of Prole, Iowa; his sisters, Suzanne (Donald) Wood, of Des Moines and Teresa (Bill) Phares, of Davenport; his brother, Scott (Marla) Hampe, of Des Moines; and his special friend, Kim Tillis, of Davenport.
