Jordan Anderson

Jordan M. Anderson, 20, of Buffalo, Iowa, passed away suddenly on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at his home.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, March 24, 2016 at McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home in Bettendorf.  Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the services.  Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery in Buffalo.  Memorials may be made to the family.

Jordan was born March 14, 1996 in Davenport, the son of Kathy Anderson and Lenard Wash.  He was a 2014 graduate of Mid City High School in Davenport.  Jordan enjoyed all sports, especially baseball, his favorite team was the Boston Red Sox.  He had also played for the Davenport West High Falcons.  He also enjoyed video games and spending time with his grandparents.

Those left to honor his memory include his mother, Kathy of Buffalo; his father Lenard of Silvis, Illinois; his grandparents, Lyle and Laura Anderson of Buffalo and Flora Brown of Cedar Rapids; his sisters, Lacey, Sonya, Shalynn and Shyann; his brother, Sydney; several aunts and uncles; and his friends, Austin McCarty and Michael Lamar of Buffalo, and Isaiah McClellon of Davenport.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents and several great-aunts and great-uncles.
