Justin R. Cornett, 26, of Buckeye, Arizona and formerly of Davenport, unexpectedly died on Wednesday, December 4, 2013 in Arizona.

A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, December 14, 2013 at McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home in Bettendorf.  Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until the start of the memorial service following at 1pm. Memorials and contributions may be made to the family.

Justin was born June 30, 1987 in Davenport.  He had resided in Arizona the past six years where he owned a pool service company, Pool Sharks. He will be remembered as a loving, caring person. He always wanted to make you laugh. He was a very determined and hard worker. He may not have said it in so many words but family meant everything to him. He cherished every laugh and giggle he heard from his nieces and nephews.

Those left to honor his memory include his mother and step-father, Tephanie & Dan Runge of Davenport; his father and step-mother, Mike & Sharon Cornett of LeClaire, Iowa; his sisters, Amanda & husband Michael Clarke of Davenport, Tanya & husband Jim Marx of Coal Valley, Illinois and Ashley Cornett of Davenport;  his brother, Charles & wife Jenny Cornett of Princeton, Iowa; his grandmother, Beverly & husband John Carlin of Aledo, Illinois; his grandfather, Raymond Snider of Holiday Island, Arkansas; his nieces, Jasmine Clarke, Joslynn Clarke, Baelynn Marx and Isabella Cornett; and his nephews, Jayden Starks, Charles Cornett, David Marx and Ethan Marx.

Justin was preceded in death by his brother, Michael Cornett; his grandparents, Bob and Beverly Cornett, and his grandfather Darold Solbrig.
