Kathryn M. Hicks, 58, of Bettendorf, passed away Sunday February 16, 2014 at Unity Point-Trinity Bettendorf.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM Friday February 21, 2014 at McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home in Bettendorf. Visitation will be held two hours prior to funeral service. Burial will be at Davenport Memorial Park Cemetery following services. Memorials may be made to the family.
Kathryn was born November 19, 1955 in Davenport, Iowa, the daughter of Clarence and Margaret (Kerton) Milligan. She worked as a secretary/office manager. Kathryn cherished her time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren, going to their sporting events, watching movies, etc. Kathryn loved being with her dogs.
Those left to honor her memory include her two daughters Stefanie (Brian) VandeLune and Tanya (Brian) Gould, both of Bettendorf; her grandchildren Kayla, Alexis, Morgan, Nathaniel, and Samantha; her brother Vince (Mena) Milligan, of Texas; her niece Alicia (Jason) Jones; and two nephews Daniel (Jessie) Milligan and Bryan (Crystal) Scott. She was preceded in death by her parents; her grandson Dylan VandeLune; and her fiancé Bud.
