Keith Fred Lensch, 88, of Bettendorf, died Friday, January 1, 2016 at his home.
Private burial will be at Davenport Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to the family. McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home in Bettendorf is assisting the family with arrangements.
Born on July 17, 1927 in New Liberty, Iowa, Keith was the son of Fred and Wilhelmina (Nothdorf) Lensch. On May 1, 1949 in Davenport he married Norma Maxine Rudolph. She preceded him in death 2014.
Keith worked for over 30 years as an industrial engineer at American Air Filter Company in Moline. After his retirement, he spent many years lovingly reupholstering furniture for many loyal customers.
Those left to honor his memory include his daughters, Kathy Bolster of Clarkton, North Carolina and Wendy (Gary) Hughes of Rock Island; three grandchildren, Jennifer (Al) Wiggins, Shelley (Jason) Young and Shanna (Ron) Younts; one great-granddaughter, Makenna.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; and two brothers, William and Eugene.
