Kevin V. Rostenbach, 52, of Moline, Illinois, passed away suddenly on Saturday, March 10, 2012 at Trinity Medical Center, 7th Street Campus in Moline.
A Memorial Gathering will be held from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, March 15, 2012 at McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home in Bettendorf, Iowa. Memorials may be made to the family.
Kevin was born September 23, 1959 in Davenport, Iowa, the son of Marvin & Loisfaye (Bahr) Rostenbach. He was united in marriage to Janis E. Barber (Gamet) on May 26, 1995 in Davenport.
Kevin was employed as an IT Manager with Elliott Aviation in Moline for twenty-three years. He enjoyed sportsman shooting and was a member of the National Rifle Association.
Kevin also enjoyed tinkering with old automobiles and was a supporter of the Backwaters Gamblers.
Those left to honor his memory include his wife, Janis; his sons, Christopher Rostenbach, Ben Barber & Andrew Barber, all of Moline; his brother and sister-in-law, Ross & Lisa Rostenbach of Davenport; his step-mother, Geraldine Rostenbach, of Davenport; and his nephews, Brandon Rostenbach and Mitchell (Ivy) Rostenbach.
Kevin was preceded in death by his parents.
