Kathleen Kraft, 79, of Bettendorf died June 20, 2004 at her home. A memorial service celebrating her life will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Wednesday, June 23, 2004 at the Community of Joy Church, 1330 Spruce Hills Drive, Bettendorf.
Kathleen was born July 6, 1924 to Arnum & Grace Richey in Richville, Iowa. She married Richard Kraft on July 2, 1950 in Nashua, Iowa.
After raising her children she worked as a sales representative for Reliance Electric, retiring in 1986. She was devoted wife, mother and grandmother with a strong passion for helping others.
Kathleen's survivors include her daughter, Kerri Kenyon, Tulsa, Oklahoma; her son, Steve Kraft, Hampton, Illinois; her brother, Francis Richey, Olivia, Minnesota; and her grandchildren, Michael Kenyon and his wife, Brandy, and Stephanie and Deborah Kraft
She was preceded in death by her daughter Judy and her husband, Richard, of 51 years.
The family requests that memorials may be made to Genesis VNA Hospice for all the wonderful work that they do.
