Larry Wilkins

Larry Dale Wilkins, 68, of Eldridge, Iowa passed away after battling lung cancer on Wednesday, August 3, 2022, at the Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House, Bettendorf, Iowa. At Larry’s request, no funeral services will be held.
Larry was born on August 11, 1953, in Iowa City, Iowa. He married Faye Hamilton on September 12, 2018, in Davenport, IA. She preceded him in death on April 28, 2022.
When they were able, Larry and Faye liked traveling to Florida together. Larry enjoyed spending time fixing things and was very handy around the house. He was very fond of his pets and loved spending time with them. He worked as a security guard for Menards and also worked other area events including the John Deere Golf Classic.

Survivors include his stepdaughters; Genni (Barry) Mulvania of Davenport, IA, Christine (Mitch) Schoening of DeWitt, Carrie Smith of Dubuque, two grandchildren; Madison and Cole Mulvania, brother; Ron and (Linda) Wilkins of Michigan, two sisters, and mother-in-law; JoAnne Hamilton of Princeton, Iowa.
He was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Faye.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.
