Lillian Irene “Tiger Lilly” King, 4 month old daughter of Jason and Christy (Liles) King of Bettendorf, Iowa, passed away Sunday, October 16, 2016 at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00A.M. Friday, October 21, 2016 at McGinnis – Chambers Funeral Home in Bettendorf. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 20th at the funeral home. Burial will be at Oakdale Memorial Gardens in Davenport. Memorials may be made to the family.
Lillian was born June 5, 2016 in Iowa City. Lillian fought hard during her four months of life. She loved being with her family, doctors and nurses, enjoyed head rubs and loved to hear her mother sing to her.
Her family members include her parents: Jason and Christy King of Bettendorf, her big sister; Adalyn, grandparents, Russ and Deb King of Bettendorf, Judy (Bruce Runge) Liles of Preemption, Illinois, Tim (Lynne) Liles of Nichols, Iowa; great grandparents, Dolores King of Elmira, NY and Michael (Joyce) Jackson of Davenport; aunts and uncles, Ryan (Ashly) King, Meg King, Marcia (Bobby) Thornton and Jon (Mindi) Liles.
Lillian was preceded in death by Great Grandparents, Paul King, Wyolene Jackson, Emett and Irene Liles, Raymond Sprouse, Bernard and Marcene Kuhns.
