Linda R. Jensen

Linda R. Jensen, 54, a resident of Bettendorf, Iowa, died Friday, November 16, 2007 at her residence after an extended illness.
A memorial mass will be held at a later date at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Bettendorf where she was a member. Cremation rites will be accorded and memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association. McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home, Bettendorf, is assisting the family with arrangements.
Linda was born August 18, 1953 in Denver, Colorado, the daughter of John & Hazel (Pinkerton) Fellin. She was a graduate of Bettendorf High School, the former Marycrest University in Davenport and Wichita State University in Wichita, Kansas. She was employed at Metro Lab of Davenport where she was a Medical Technologist.
Along with her work, Linda enjoyed spending time with her friends, making cookies, traveling and needlepoint. Her friends would boast about her ability to compose heartfelt meaningful letters that would brighten everyone’s day.
Those left to honor her memory include her brother and sister-in-law, Ron & Sarah Jane Fellin, of Davenport; and many loving friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
