Lisa Lynne Lopez, 49, of Davenport lost her battle to lung disease after 42 years on March 1, 2010 at Genesis Medical Center, West Campus in Davenport.
A memorial gathering will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, March 5, 2010 at McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home in Bettendorf. Per her request, Lisa asked that casual attire be worn to the gathering. Memorials may be made to the family.
Lisa was born August 3, 1960 in Davenport, the daughter of Leo & Connie (Todden) Lopez.
Lisa was a loving person and touched the heart of everyone who knew her. Friends were her most cherished gift in life. She was also a true Chicago Cubs fan.
Those left to honor her memory include her life-long partner, Melanie Judge, of Davenport; their sons, Chris Judge of Davenport and Scott (Danielle) Thomas, of Las Vegas, Nevada; her grandson, Zach Thomas; her father, Leo Lopez, of Bettendorf; and her brothers, Leo Lopez and Rick Lopez of Davenport.
Lisa was preceded in death by her mother, Connie Pohl.
