Margaret was a coach for the Davenport Dad's Club Little League Baseball at Cork Hill Park. She took her "boys" to City Championship, which they won with the aid of her star player, Larry Johnson whom she coaxed to hit a home run for a dollar.
She worked as a medical driver for Family Resources and as a Para-Educator at Madison School in Davenport until her illness forced her to retire. She enjoyed going to bingo, spending a little time on "the boat" and the company of her dog, "Brittney."
