Martha S. Lovell

          Martha S. Lovell, 57, of Bettendorf passed away Saturday, December 2, 2023 at her residence.

          Per her wishes, cremation rites have been accorded and there will be no services at this time.

          Martha was born on July 24, 1966 in Muscatine, Iowa, the daughter of Donald and Shirley (Mallett) Newton.  In her earlier years she worked at Procter & Gamble. Martha enjoyed shopping and all things Betty Boop.

          Those left to honor her memory are her son, Anthony Lovell; father, Donald Newton; companion, Michael “Mick” Barth; siblings, Donna Newton and Mike Newton; niece, Lexie Powell; nephew, Al Newton; and her beloved canine, Ralphie.

          She was preceded in death by her mother.
