Michelle Lynn Baez

Michelle Lynn (Strawhacker) Baez, 37, a resident of Davenport, Iowa died on Monday, November 3, 2008 at Genesis Medical Center, East Campus in Davenport.
Her funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M., Friday, November 7, 2008 at the McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Chapel, Bettendorf, Iowa. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the services on Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Oakdale Memorial Gardens, Davenport.
She was born April 2, 1971 in Davenport, Iowa, the daughter of Gary & Gloria (Simpson) Strawhacker. In April of 1988, she was united in marriage to Candido M. Baez in Davenport.
Michelle was a devoted mother & grandma who loved to cook and spend time with her beloved grandchildren.
Those left to honor her memory include her daughters, Jessica (Donell) Hollingshed and Kimberly Strawhacker, both of Davenport; her step-son, David Marquis of Davenport; her grandchildren, Hannah, Donell Jr., Chloe, Cameron & Jahden; her parents, Gary & Gloria Strawhacker of Davenport; her sisters, Debi Gonzales, Jodi Strawhacker & Melissa McNeal, all of Davenport; her brother, Jeffrey Strawhacker of Davenport; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews & cousins including a special aunt, Kay Jennett of Weatherford, Texas.
Her brother, Kevin Strawhacker preceded her in death.
