M. Jeanne Schneden, 78, a resident of Bettendorf, Iowa died on Tuesday, May 25, 2010 at Genesis Medical Center, West Campus in Davenport, Iowa.
A service of remembrance will be held at 10:00 A.M. Friday, May 28, 2010 at the McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Chapel in Bettendorf. There will be no visitation. Memorials may be made to the American Lung Association or the Scott County Humane Society.
She was born in Rock Island on January 12, 1932, the daughter of Claude & Mildred (Christensen) Campbell.
Jeanne was a devoted mother & homemaker who could easily complete a crossword puzzle using a pen rather than a pencil.
Those left to honor her memory include her daughter, Linda (John) Corbin of Bettendorf; her son, Robert (Michelle) Schneden of East Moline, Illinois; and her beloved grandchildren, Nick, Adam & Samantha.
Jeanne was preceded in death by her brother, Robert Campbell; and by her parents.
