Pamela Feaster

December 30, 1941 — July 10, 2016

Pamela K. Feaster, 74, a resident of Bettendorf, died Sunday, July 10, 2016 at her home.

Funeral services celebrating her life will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Saturday, July 16, 2016 at First Baptist Church in Bettendorf. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. on Friday, July 15th at McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home in Bettendorf. Memorials may be made to Gilda’s Club Quad Cities.

Born on December 30, 1941 in Worth County, Iowa, she was the daughter of Leonidas and Carita (Kirby) Tebo. On May 27, 1960 at Crestwood Baptist Church in Des Moines, she married Richard Feaster.

Pamela was a 1960 graduate of North Des Moines High School. She worked for Pleasant Valley High School for 17 years in the food service department. Pamela enjoyed ceramics and playing cards. She was an active volunteer for Gilda’s Club Quad Cities and an avid Chicago Cubs fan. Pamela cherished her time spent with family and enjoyed attending their activities and events.  She was a member of First Baptist Church in Bettendorf.

Those left to honor her memory include her husband, Richard; daughters, Amanda Feaster and Anita (Roy, Jr.) Shaft, both of Bettendorf; sons, Damon (Julie) Feaster of Coal Valley and Shawn (Colleen) Feaster of Waunakee, Wisconsin; ten grandchildren, Adam, Angela, Aaron, Colby, Jacob, Caleb, Levi, Liam, Eilis and Mckenna; and five great-grandchildren, Ahriyana, Alex, Ella, Jayce and Annabella.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a grandson, Jordan; and a brother, Leonidas Tebo, Jr.
