Pamela Frisby

Pamela K. Frisby, 73, of Martinez, California, formerly of Bettendorf, died January 29, 2017 at Genesis Medical Center – East Campus in Davenport.
A celebration of Pamela’s life will be held at a later date, this spring. Burial will be at Davenport Memorial Park. McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home in Bettendorf is assisting the family with arrangements.
Born on November 24, 1943 in Davenport, Pamela was the daughter of Charles F. and Lola Mae (Lewis) Johnston.
Pamela was a graduate of Bettendorf High School. She lived in California for a major part of her life, with her beloved partner of 40 years, Richard Michael Kiely.
Those left to honor her memory include her mother, Lola Johnston; step-daughters, Christina (John) Rossum, KJB Kiely, and Colleen (Butch) Castro; 6 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and many wonderful friends. Pam was greatly loved and will be missed.
She was preceded in death by her father, Charles; partner, Richard Kiely; sister, Susan Murphy; and a step-son Kevin Kiely.
