Patricia Ann Wilson, 66, a resident of Bettendorf, Iowa died on Tuesday, January 24, 2006 at Genesis Medical Center, East Campus in Davenport, Iowa.
Visitation will be from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Thursday, January 26, 2006 at the McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home, Bettendorf. Family services and interment will be private. Contributions in her memory may be made to the American Lung Association or to the American Diabetes Association.
She was born September 27, 1939 in Des Moines, Iowa, the daughter of Francis & Claris (Paige) Osborne. On March 2, 1963, she was united in marriage to Keith E. Wilson at the Little Brown Church in Nashua, Iowa.
Patricia was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was employed for many years as an aide at the Riverdale Elementary School and coached elementary softball. She was active in Girl Scouts and served as the Girl Scout Council Cookie Chairman. Sewing was a favorite activity and she especially loved to follow the activities of her beloved grandchildren.
Those left to honor her memory include her husband, Keith; her daughters, Kathryn Hanf & her husband, Mark of Mukilteo, Washington, Tresa Wynven & her husband, Michael of Cascade, Wisconsin, Martha Wilson & her companion, Gina Glass of Iowa City, Iowa and Leslie Wilson of Indianapolis, Indiana; her son, David Wilson & his wife, Elaine of Naperville, Illinois; additional survivors include Sheri Wilson of Aurora, Illinois; thirteen grandchildren; her sister, Kathryn Harrelson of Surprise, Arizona; and her brothers, Paul Osborne of Milaca, Minnesota and Tom Osborne of Federal Way, Washington.
She was preceded in death by her daughters, Jennifer and Jessica; her brother, Francis “Ozie” Osborne; and by her parents.
