Peggy Moore-Holden

Peggy Sue Moore-Holden, 59, a resident of Bettendorf, died Monday, January 30, 2017 at her home, surrounded by her loving family and friends.
A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 4, 2017 at Sunrise Golf Course, 3947 Moenks Rd, Bettendorf, Iowa. Memorials may be made to the family. McGinnis-Chambers Funeral Home in Bettendorf is assisting the family with arrangements.
Born on January 26, 1958 in Davenport, Peggy was the daughter of Leland and Harriet (Ward) Moore. On March 10, 1979 in LeClaire, she married James Holden.
Peggy enjoyed drawing, painting, blue grass music and baking with her grandchildren.
Those left to honor her memory include her husband, Jim; daughters, Amanda Marie Holden of Rogersville, Missouri and Holly Lynn Holden of New Windsor, Illinois; son, Joshua James (Amy) Holden of Bettendorf; six grandchildren; sisters, Kathy (Jack) Moore of Erwin, Tennessee and Lisa (Keith) Hartz of Princeton, Iowa; brother, Randy (Raele) Moore of LeClaire; step-siblings, DeWayne (Carol) Reding of LeClaire, Rick Reding of East Moline and Marie (Scott) Butcher of Davenport.
She was preceded in death by her parents and step-father, Forace Reding.
